Can you tell me more about the Library Dashboard?
Sure. The Library Dashboard is a special area within Theory Test Pro. It can only be accessed by the primary contact and allows access to usage reports, publicity materials, and many other features.
If you are the primary contact, then you may sign into the Library Dashboard by simply visiting http://theorytestpro.co.uk/ and signing in with your email
address.

I signed up for a trial account; can my colleagues and library members try it too?
They certainly can. You just need to sign in using the email and password you created when you signed up. You'll arrive at the Library Dashboard. Here you'll see your personalised URL. Just give that to your colleagues and library members. Then they can sign up for their own student accounts free of charge.
Can we monitor the usage of this service?
Yes, the primary contact can monitor the number of new sign ups and tests taken each day. Simply;
- Sign in to arrive at the Library Dashboard.
- Click on the Reports tab.
- Select the month and year that you want to view from the drop down menus.
- Click on the View report button to display your results, and that's it.
Can I pass the role of Primary Contact to someone else?
Yes, you can pass the role of primary contact to someone else. Simply;
- Sign in to arrive at the Library Dashboard.
- Click on the Account details tab.
- Enter the email address and new password of the person you are passing the primary contact role to.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Save, and your finished.
It's important to note that once you click on Save, you will no longer have access to the Library Dashboard. Only the newly assigned primary contact will.
I forgot my password; can I reset it?
Yes, you can reset your password. Go to http://theorytestpro.co.uk and click the sign in tab. Then click the Forgot my password link and type/enter the email address you used to sign up. An email will be sent to you with instructions for recovering the password. You might need to check the junk / spam folder if the email doesn't come through within 10 minutes.
Can we promote our Library on Theory Test Pro?
Yes, you can access quick and simple instructions on how to upload your logo to Theory Test Pro. From the Library Dashboard simply click on the Branding tab.
How can we obtain publicity materials?
The primary contact for each Library has access to a special area within Theory Test Pro called the Library Dashboard. Here you can access:
- A full colour poster that you can download right from our site
- Instructions on how to add our logo/link to your site
- Instructions on how to add standard text to your site, describing Theory Test Pro.
- Instructions on how to add more images and screen shots to your site; and a
- A press release template
